四川云贸国际供应链有限公司成立于2021年3月，是四川省港航投资集团有限责任公司（以下简称“省港投集团”）旗下陆海云港发展集团有限公司（以下简称“陆海云港公司”）的全资子公司，是陆海云港公司着力提升商贸质量规模，构建创新开放多样的国际商贸交易体系的重要载体。公司注册资本1亿元，统筹管理云港国际（香港）有限公司。
     公司抢抓“一带一路”及新时代西部大开发机遇，着力线下和线上融合的跨境贸易，致力于推动四川开放发展国际产业合作、建设现代综合物流全球服务网络和“川货出川”的国际性贸易集成商。依托省港投集团构建的覆盖“东南西北”“铁公水空”开放通道和跨境物贸产业生态圈优势，已基本形成了以国际物贸一体化为基础，以大宗商品进出口和消费品跨境电商为重点的跨境供应链综合服务体系，在青岛、南通、重庆、上海等城市的区域展开业务布局，与澳洲力拓、必和必拓、JBS公司等多个世界500强签约合作，成功入围世界矿山巨头巴西淡水河谷公司(VALE）大中华区经销商名录，建设了一系列海外物贸节点，开通多个货运包机航线，获得了雀巢、徐福记、爱他美等多个国际知名品牌直接授权，成为抖音全球优选进口超市美妆最大供应商，成功运作四川红茶、安岳柠檬等出川出海，积极践行国企担当。公司为四川省商务厅“省外贸综合服务试点企业”、成都市跨境电商协会“副会长单位”、四川省供应链服务行业协会“副会长单位”，获成都市跨境电商协会“最佳外贸新业态运营奖”，抖音“优秀合作伙伴奖”，上海钢联“2023人气铁矿石服务商企业金奖”“2023铁矿石供应链星耀企业”“2024中国铁矿石人气企业”。 

下一步，公司将积极承接陆海云港公司“十四五”规划安排，以高质量发展为宗旨，聚焦国际贸易市场化综合服务能力培育，打造成为全省进出口贸易综合服务领域的引领者，致力于成为西部一流跨境供应链综合服务商，为四川省对外开放和区域经济发展贡献更大力量。

Established in March 2021, Sichuan Yunmao International Supply Chain is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPSI Cloud Port Development Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "SPSI Cloud Port") owned by SPSI. It is an important arm for SPSI Cloud Port to enhance the quality and scale of international trade by building an innovative, open and diverse transaction system. With a registered capital of 100 million yuan, the company operates Sichuan Yungang International (Hong Kong)  and Shenzhen Yunshen International Supply Chain in addition.

The company seizes the opportunities brought by "Belt and Road Initiative" and the new round of western development and focuses on offline-to-online integration of cross-border trade with commitment to Sichuan's opening up, development of international cooperation and building modern global logistics service network. Yunmao undertakes the provincial strategy to "promote Sichuan products nationally and globally" as an overarching mission. Based on the infrastructures in the "southeast and northwest", logistics capability combining "railway, road, air and sea transportation" plus the advantages in cross-border trade ecosystem developed by SPSI, we have established a cross-border supply chain service system focusing on the import and export of commodities and consumer products. Domestically our business operation can be found in major cities including Qingdao, Nantong, Chongqing, Shanghai among others. Yunmao has developed strategic cooperation with a number of leading players in several industries such as Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, JBS and etc., of which many are listed in the Fortune Global 500. Yunmao is now a registered distributor of VALE, the world's mining giant, and has deployed a number of overseas business nodes for a variety of commodities with a number of chartered air cargo carriers flying regularly. Yunmao is an authorized retailor of Nestle, Hsu Fu Chi, Aptamil and other internationally well-known brands. We serve Ticktok China as its biggest supplier in imported high end cosmetic products. As an SOE, Yunmao undertakes its responsibility in boosting local business by exporting tea,  lemon and other products made in Sichuan to global market.

 In 2022 Yunmao recorded a revenue of 11.5 billion yuan, of which 8.5 billion yuan was from international business with annual profit hit 84.08 million yuan. The company was approved to operate as a service provider to local businesses for international operations. The same year Yunmao was admitted by Chengdu Cross-border E-commerce Association as Vice President member.

Moving forward, the company will do the best in carrying out the "14th Five-Year Plan"  of SPSI Cloud Port with high-quality development as the mid-to-long-term goal in three areas. Firstly, we will focus on boosting capabilities in international operation so as to stand as a leader in promoting foreign trade of Sichuan and secondly, we will stay committed to development of first-class cross-border ecommerce supply chain  in the West China with better and more contribution to regional opening up and development in Sichuan.
